			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is something about the cooler weather, hats, &#038; scarves that just calls out to me.  I love creating fall recipes and coming up with new menu ideas for this season.  I think part of it is that the moment the cooler weather comes (at least in Texas since we don&#8217;t get fall weather until November!) you know that the holiday season is just around the corner.  And those festivities are some of my favorite!  We are working on so many different ideas and recipes it is hard to keep up with them all.  Macaron ideas are overwhelming our minds!  The kitchen crew, headed up by Audrey, is busy preparing for a fun season.  </p>
<p>In the next few months you will start seeing a regular new menu item that is named after the chef in the kitchen who created it.  Hand in hand with this, we are also going to be introducing our customers to our awesome kitchen staff.  We forget that without our kitchen being onsite, our customers don&#8217;t get a chance to interact with the people who create and make our products everyday.  We hope to change that over the next few months.  </p>

But, as luck would have it we share a kitchen with Jackie of Letelier Food Company.  We are joining forced to give you delicious lunch options.  And the best part is that they will be made using all local ingredients and change seasonally!  This will begin on February 8th and we are so excited about it!  We look forward to having people come in for a coffee and sweet and hanging out through lunch.  Jackie&#8217;s expertise in creating delicious seasonal lunch options pair perfectly with our brioche bread and croissants.  We hope to see you in for lunch soon!</p>

Right now we are busy in the kitchen coming up with some new creations we are excited about rolling out in February. <p>In the new year we are also hoping to start a breakfast delivery program.  How great would it be to wake up on a Saturday or Sunday morning and walk outside to collect the fresh croissants and coffee that is sitting on your doorstep?!  I love the idea of having dinner delivered and find it puzzling that no one has done that with breakfast.  We will keep you posted on the details!!</p>
