There is something about the cooler weather, hats, & scarves that just calls out to me. I love creating fall recipes and coming up with new menu ideas for this season. I think part of it is that the moment the cooler weather comes (at least in Texas since we don’t get fall weather until November!) you know that the holiday season is just around the corner. And those festivities are some of my favorite! We are working on so many different ideas and recipes it is hard to keep up with them all. Macaron ideas are overwhelming our minds! The kitchen crew, headed up by Audrey, is busy preparing for a fun season.

In the next few months you will start seeing a regular new menu item that is named after the chef in the kitchen who created it. Hand in hand with this, we are also going to be introducing our customers to our awesome kitchen staff. We forget that without our kitchen being onsite, our customers don’t get a chance to interact with the people who create and make our products everyday. We hope to change that over the next few months.
